NeuralFlow started with a frustration: the future of work shouldn't be stitched together from a dozen disconnected tools. Our mission is to give every team the leverage of AI — without sacrificing trust, security, or craft.
From frustration to focus
NeuralFlow was founded in 2024 by two operators who had spent a decade watching teams stitch software together to get simple work done. As frontier AI models matured, it became clear the rigid SaaS stack of the 2010s was about to look very different.
We started with a question: what if your assistant, your workflows, and your analytics lived in one workspace — one that understood your business and felt like it was made for you?
Today, NeuralFlow powers thousands of teams across 60+ countries — from two-person startups to public companies. We're a remote-first team of 48 designers, engineers, and operators, headquartered in San Francisco and Berlin, backed by Sequoia and the operators behind some of the best software products of the last decade.
